Meet Sure2rent

Sure2rent is the online platform for renting E-Bikes, E-Choppers, FAT Runners, E-Runners, Retro Bikes, Cargo Bikes, Mini Cars and other activities. We work with reliable rental partners throughout the Netherlands, with a focus on nature reserves, Zeeland, the Veluwe and tourist hotspots.

At Sure2rent, you can easily find and book your leisure activity, group outing and/or company outing.

What kind of activities does Sure2rent offer?

We offer rental deals for e-vehicles and other activities. Often also special packages such as day tours, combination deals with other activities, or offers in the low season.

How do I make a reservation on Sure2rent?

Search and click on a location, click on book, choose an activity, choose your date, select a rental duration and number of units, then reserve online and receive your confirmation immediately.

Do I need to create an account to book?

No, you can book directly without an account.

Where do I find prices and availability?

During the reservation process at the chosen location, you choose the activity and start date. The booking system then immediately indicates the available rental times and prices.

Can I also rent on location without a reservation?

This varies by rental partner. Online reservations are recommended to ensure availability.

Is a group discount possible?

Yes, you can request a quote for larger groups and events via us application form.

Does a reservation have to be paid immediately?

Yes, during the booking process, you will be able to pay for the reservation online. Once payment has been made, you will receive a booking confirmation at the email address you provided.

What payment options are available at Sure2rent?

You can pay securely online via iDeal, Paypal, credit card, Bancontact, MultiBanco, EPS Uberweisung and other popular payment methods.

Can I cancel or change my booking with Sure2rent?

Cancelling or changing booked activities is at the discretion of the rental location.

Can I return the vehicles to a different location?

Usually not, unless the rental partner offers it. To do this, it is best to contact the rental location. Please note that additional transport costs may apply.

Are there any special routes or packages available?

Yes, many partners offer great routes and extras such as packages or combination deals with other activities.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the Sure2rent Newsletter?

Do the prices on the website include VAT?

Yes, all prices on our website include VAT by default, unless otherwise stated.

I paid but did not receive an email confirmation?

First, check your spam or junk mail folder. Is the mail not in there? Then contact our customer serviceso that we can resend your confirmation.

What do I do in case of damage or theft?

Something unexpected may happen during your activity, such as damage or theft. Report a breakdown immediately as soon as you find it at your rental location. Always return the vehicle to the rental point unless other arrangements have been made in writing with the rental location.

How do I contact Sure2Rent.com?

We only answer questions about reservations by email.

What kind of activities can I offer via Sure2rent?

We support the rental of e-bikes, E-Choppers, FAT Runners, E-Runners, Retro Bikes, Mini Cars and other e-vehicles. In addition to offering one of these vehicles, you can also offer other activities via Sure2rent.

Do I already have to own vehicles to become a partner?

No, you can also partner with SURE Mobility to deliver and manage vehicles on a consignment basis. If interested, please contact us contact form.

How do I place a deal on Sure2rent?

Are you a rental partner or do you want to become one? Get in touch through us contact form or email us via info@sure2rent.com. We ensure that your offer and any deals are quickly visible on the platform.

How does the booking and payment system work?

Customers reserve via Sure2Rent.com and pay directly online. The payment is processed securely via payment provider PAY and paid to you periodically.

What is Sure2rent's business model?

We work on a commission basis. Partners pay a percentage on each successful booking made via Sure2rent. There is no additional booking fee for consumers.

How quickly can I start hosting via Sure2Rent.com?

After approval of your request, you will receive an onboarding form. Once we have received your details, you will receive an introduction to the rental platform and can generally be live within a few days.

How do I contact Sure2Rent.com?
